Shipping policy

Processing Time: I try my absolute best to ship out orders within 4-7 days depending on the day you place your order. I am running this business by myself, please allow 4-7 business days for me to get your order shipped out.

Shipping Expectations: Once UPS or USPS picks up your package, they handle the timely delivery. You'll get an expected delivery date when you enter your address. But, occasionally, these services might encounter delay beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address : Please email westernmartini@outlook.com right away if you notice the address you entered on your order is incorrect. If your order has already been shipped out, you will be responsible for paying a reship fee.

All orders are shipped out of Arizona. Please keep in mind that I am running this store by myself and I am the only person shipping out orders.
