Western Martini Boutique – Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Western Martini Boutique purchase. If something doesn’t fit or feel quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for an exchange or store credit.

Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of deodorant, makeup, perfume, pet hair, and stains.
  • All original tags must be attached and the item in original condition and packaging.
  • A valid order number or packing slip must be included with the return.  

We may refuse items that show signs of wear, damage, or do not meet these conditions.

Final‑sale items (not returnable)

The following are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Sale and clearance items.
  • Bodysuits, intimates, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons).  
  • Gift cards and custom or special‑order items.

Exchanges (your preferred option)

We prioritize exchanges within 14 days:

  1. Email westernmartini@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the item you’re returning, and the size/style you want instead.
  2. Once approved, ship your original item back to us using the instructions we send you.
  3. After we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange and ship out your replacement, subject to availability.

If the requested item or size is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the item’s purchase price (excluding original shipping).

Store credit and refunds

  • Approved returns are generally issued as store credit (digital gift card/account credit) if an exchange is not possible.
  • Store credit can be used on future purchases at Western Martini Boutique.
  • Monetary refunds are only considered in limited cases involving defective or mis‑shipped items, or where required by law.

How to start a return or exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email westernmartini@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, item(s), and whether you want an exchange or store credit.
  2. We’ll reply with approval and the return shipping address in Prescott Valley, AZ.
  3. Ship your item with a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit, so please keep your tracking information.

Processing time

Once your return arrives, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and processing. You’ll receive an email from westernmartini@outlook.com when your exchange ships or your store credit is issued.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Email photos and your order number to westernmartini@outlook.com within 3 business days of delivery.
  • If confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item (if available) or issue a refund or store credit, consistent with consumer protection requirements.
